Dream weekend at Défi des Couleurs. Two Canadian mountain running titles, two world cup final podiums🏆

Not going to lie, I was real nervous before this weekend. It’s not everyday you get an opportunity to race on a big stage so close to home. My training had gone perfectly, which created an expectation of a big result and the pressure of missing out on a potential breakthrough. I’m glad I was able to be ‘on’ and execute my best racing yet.

I can’t even word how thankful I am to @wild_child197 and @defi_des_couleurs for making this event as big as it is now. Thanks to @wmramountainrun @distancesplus @athleticscanada @abikhzilan @julian_david_claros and all the media teams as well. Thanks to everyone who cheered for me on course or online.
