FREE PROMPTS! I run @attuned_health , a wellness company, and @claudeai is my entire production team. All of that started with one audit of my own conversations, so I turned that first step into a free kit you can run on your own work.

It comes as a visual guide where you type your details once and every prompt fills itself in, or you can open the folder in Claude Code and let Claude walk you through it one step at a time. There are three small extras at the end too: a ping when Claude finishes, a way to turn a prompt you keep retyping into a one-word command, and a list of everything that’s running, so you always know how to switch it off.

You’ll need a Mac, the Claude desktop app and a paid Claude plan.
