Once a UBalt alum, always a UBalt alum! 🎓 I'm honored to be featured in the @ubaltmain latest Business Alum Spotlight! It's been quite a journey since earning my MBA in 1992, and I loved the opportunity to reflect on the lessons, relationships, and experiences that have shaped my career. We talked about leadership, lifelong learning, embracing change, building relationships, and giving back to the community that has given me so much. One lesson that's stayed with me? “How you do anything is how you do everything.” Grateful for my @ubaltbusiness roots and all the opportunities to keep learning and growing. Thank you for the feature! #UBalt #Leadership #LifelongLearning #BraveGirls #WomenInLeadership

20 years ago, “Call Me When You’re Sober” opened a new chapter for Evanescence. The lead single from The Open Door, it introduced the album to the world and became one of the band’s defining songs. Revisit “Call Me When You’re Sober,” newly remastered for the album’s 20th anniversary. 🖤 What’s your favorite track from The Open Door?
A 2026 study examined 309 couples, 618 people, across three studies to investigate whether romantic partners share similarities in musical taste. Researchers found that real couples were significantly more similar in their preferences for genres and artists than randomly paired people. The study also found a positive association between shared music preferences and relationship quality, particularly when couples shared favorite artists. The findings suggest that music can reflect aspects of identity, lifestyle and emotional tendencies, creating another way for partners to connect and understand each other.
