I'm honored to be featured in the @ubaltmain latest Business Alum Spotlight!

It's been quite a journey since earning my MBA in 1992, and I loved the opportunity to reflect on the lessons, relationships, and experiences that have shaped my career.

We talked about leadership, lifelong learning, embracing change, building relationships, and giving back to the community that has given me so much.

One lesson that's stayed with me?

“How you do anything is how you do everything.”

I love serving alongside people who believe so deeply in helping girls build confidence, find their voices, discover their strengths and learn that they are capable of leading.⠀

I loved spending time at M&T Bank Stadium for the kickoff of this year’s @ravens High School Leadership Institute, presented in partnership with @t._rowe_price ⠀

I love opportunities like this because those of us who've been doing this awhile have a responsibility to share what we've learned — the wins, the mistakes, the pivots and everything in between.⠀
