It’s always sunny in Sylvan Lake ☀️🍂 From sunny patio afternoons along Lakeshore Drive to strolling through town under golden fall skies, there’s no shortage of ways to enjoy the season here. It’s the little moments, fresh air, and lake views that make Sylvan Lake such a wonderful place to call home. Cheers to another beautiful season in Sylvan Lake! 🥂 #TheSlopes #SylvanLake #SylvanLakeAlberta #AlbertaRealEstate #AlbertaHomes

I really did win in this life, Alhamdulillah.♥️ I fell in love with a man who is gentle with my heart, and makes me feel safe in ways I can never fully put into words. But this difficult phase of my life has shown me a side of him that has made me fall in love with him all over again. When I was breaking inside, he was the one standing strong. He took care of my father with a love and sincerity that I can only describe as a son’s love. He stood by my family as if their pain were his own, and through it all, he made sure I had a place to fall apart without ever feeling alone. What more could I possibly ask Allah for? He has been my safe space, my comfort, my strength when I had none left, and most importantly, my HOME. No matter how difficult life gets, knowing I have him by my side makes me feel like I can get through anything. I will never stop being grateful to Allah for giving me a man whose love goes beyond words and shows up when it matters the most. May Allah protect him, reward his beautiful heart, and let me spend a lifetime loving him the way he deserve to be loved. If I have to count my blessings, I will always count him twice. I love you! @mdalimirajkar ♥️

I’m 55, and these are 5 things I’m NOT giving up anytime soon. ✨ One thing I’ve learned about getting older? You don’t need to do everything. You just need to figure out what works for YOU and stay consistent. 1. Lifting weights. 💪 I’m not just working out to look good. I want to be strong, maintain my muscle, and feel amazing in my body for years to come. 2. Prioritizing my sleep. 😴 I spent years thinking 5–6 hours was enough. Turns out, sleep isn’t a luxury. It’s something I need to make more time for. 3. Moving my body every day. 🚶‍♀️ Some days it’s a workout, some days it’s just walking. It doesn’t have to be perfect. I just keep moving. 4. Taking care of my skin. 🧴 SPF, good skincare, and yes, a little Botox when I feel like I need a refresh. I’m all about aging on my own terms, not trying to look 30 again. 5. Being intentional about my supplements. ✨ I focus on what makes sense for my body and my needs. Not every new trend that pops up on my feed. Comment SKIN for all the supplements & skincare products that I swear by including my injectables! None of this is groundbreaking. And that’s kind of the point. The older I get, the more I realize it’s the simple, sometimes boring habits that make the biggest difference. I’m not chasing perfection at 55. I’m just trying to be the strongest, healthiest, most confident version of myself. What’s ONE thing you’ll never stop doing for yourself?
