These fine silver gloves are one of the most difficult sculpting projects I’ve made. From molding in wax, latex and plaster in different layers to free hand sculpting and applying the fingerprints. finally, electroforming them in silver. The whole process meant a lot to me, and the time during my masters degree and all that the project became was important to my whole practice. Slightly sad that they have now been sold 🫠However, really pleased that they are going to someone in the medical field. They will be shown at @konsthantverkscentrum until December 3 and They are spectaculaaaaaarrrrrr.
