19 hours agoI've also got a limb difference. Opposite side to Miles. What I can say is I've gotten apologies, but less so as I've gotten older. I'll also usually say that I'm not sorry. What is there to be sorry about, y'know? I don't know anything but the lucky fin 😉
20 hours agoSuper athletic!!! What a cool kid. Outgoing, talented and not defined by his arm. I know my son will be the same! Life is full ❤️
a day agoI love that "Miles is not missing anything" and that is SO TRUE. Most people are missing a heart or brains and Miles is worlds above them.
a day agoAbsolutely Beautiful Sentiment!! TRUTH!! We love y’all and We are So Blessed to know ya’ll!! Kudos and Bravo 🙌 and Blessings Always Sweet Friends!!🫶🏼🙏🏼💜💜💜
a day agoI saw Miles on kids baking (killed it- not to mention and incredibly kind young man) and based on this video.... He's doing JUUUUUST fine ❤️❤️
2 days agoI wouldn’t change my limb different for anything. Nothing to feel sorry for. I’m actually grateful she was born the way she was, because I couldn’t imagine her any different than the wonderful young woman she is.
2 days agoI imagine you are familiar with the incredible Stella Young and her TED talk? Unfortunately she has passed away, but if you have never seen it it's worth a watch. I do find other disabled people inspiring. But it's when they do things that are truly badass that I know I would struggle to do even with practice like various Paralympians, other disabled athletes, or folks that have just accomplished something generally noteworthy like Haben Girma. I'm sorry that people can't recognize your accomplishments as cool because they're cool and worthy and have to add in pity as well. I gather you were on MasterChef. Did you/have you met Christine? I find that I always have something in common with other disabled folks in the room even when our disabilities are different and she seems really cool and talented.
