🇺🇸 Chicken Fajita. Chicken fajita with cheese—and, of course, @sweejar_official.
Today, I received three ceramic baking dishes from the Sweejar brand. Since they are so beautiful, I decided to try making chicken fajita with cheese in the oven right away.

Preparation:
Add salt, soy sauce, minced garlic, and paprika to the chicken pieces and sauté well. Let it simmer in its own juices for 25–30 minutes. Then, add mushrooms and sauté for 5 minutes. Add onions and colorful bell peppers, and let everything simmer for another 5 minutes.
Transfer the cooked chicken and vegetables to the baking dish and sprinkle grated cheese over the top. Place in the oven for 5–10 minutes until the cheese melts. I highly recommend giving this recipe a try.
