Breakfast - Thick blueberry chia pudding bowl 🫐

For snacks, I’ll typically opt for sardines, eggs, or something with protein if I’m hungry throughout the day. If I need more protein, I’ll usually do another SEEQ drink. I just mix it in water and I love having when I’m not wanting a heavy shake.

With just two months left in the year, it’s easy to feel the pressure to hurry up and accomplish everything we set out to do. But isn’t it interesting that nature seems to do just the opposite? The trees shed their leaves, the animals prepare to rest, and everything begins to slow down.

Perhaps we could all take a little inspiration from that. Not everything needs to be accomplished before the year ends. Sometimes slowing down is just as important as moving forward. ❤️
