@phoenixsweets.au have been busy baking new delicious treats!
The most soft and pillowy Japanese-style chiffon cakes, these were incredible! Classic strawberry shortcake and pandan mango...I can't decide which was better!
Their signature Basque burnt cheesecakes are always a hit. I had the ube and tiramisu. That signature caramelised crust and soft creamy centre was luxurious 🤤
Definitely try their new drinks menu too! Premium ceremonial grade matcha layered with fresh flavours like strawberry or yuzu. Also new is their hojicha and my all time favourite taro 👌What a line up!
