I've had my entire life destroyed by the Portland, Oregon police. I was beaten and suffocated almost to death by 2 PPD officers, Max Freund and Henry Vasend 12/7/24. I was in an accident (non ticketed, broken rear axle) the PS3, Ladd, refused to call an ambulance so I requested police, they refused to do anything, as I begged for a ride somewhere safe. I still have not seen a day in court nor have I had a chance to actually get a dismissal filed, as they charged me w assault, even tho Freund knocked me down with his shoulder. City of Portland doesn't want to pay me a settlement, and Bob Day said 'Ill look into it" LAST NOVEMBER. I was hit 17 times in the face while on the ground by Freund and held by Vasend. Once cuffed behind my back, was forced into the 'prone' position with Vasends entire 275 lbs on top of me. Freund was superior officer and Vasend a trainee. Freund allowed Vasend to put his full weight on me for 2.5 mins after I said "I can't breathe"....til I was nonresponsive not breathing, and didnt have a pulse. After being stabilized by Fire n Rescue, I was loaded into an ambulance, where I regained consciousness w To an EMt trying to stick me with a needle full of an unknown substance, which turned out to be ketamine. I was so scared. When I woke up again, I was at Legacy Emmanuel hospital, naked, on a gurney, with a John Doe tag around my wrist, even though the accompanying officers (Serrano, Torres) knew my name, why? Because I gave the PS3 my ID so they all knew exactly who I was.. I even spoke at the Portland City Council "listening session" for Damon Johnson (murdered by 3 PPD officers....no charges in his murder either) Massive coverup. Felony attempt to falsify medical evidence in furtherance of a crime. It's been nearly 2 years. Where is the justice??? Justice for Damon. Justice for Geraldine Lynch. Bodycams on my page @julie_junglequeen_138. They continue to target, character assassinate, and stalk me in an attempt to try to get me in trouble, or find a way to silence me
