A race that’s given me plenty to be proud of, a lot to reflect on, and some valuable lessons to take forward. 💪🏼

🥇 7th Male in Age Group
🔥 28th Male Overall

There were some real positives to take away from this one, and definitely some negatives too.

But that’s the beauty of endurance sport, you learn just as much from the things that don’t go to plan as you do from the things that do.

I know exactly where I can improve, and I’m confident that the negatives from this race can be turned into positives moving forward.

Every race is another opportunity to learn, adapt, and come back stronger.

Proud of the result, motivated by the lessons, and hungry for what’s next. The work doesn’t stop here. 📈
