It’s my Birthday 🎀🧑🏻‍🩰🤍🤍
One of the biggest changes I made that completely transformed my progress was changing my nutrition. 🥑💗 We can spend hours in the gym, but what we do outside of the gym matters just as much! Prioritizing whole foods, eating balanced meals, getting enough protein, and consistently nourishing my body made such a difference in my results. It’s not about eating less, it’s about learning to eat BETTER! 🥗You don’t have to restrict yourself or have a perfect diet to see progress. Start by being more intentional with what you’re putting into your body and focus on building habits you can actually sustain. Your results aren’t just built in the gym, they’re built in the kitchen too! 💕 Save this for your reminder to fuel your body, not starve it. Baggs Two people have died and three others were injured in a shooting involving five victims Sunday night on Edmondson Avenue in Baltimore, according to police. Officers responded to a ShotSpotter alert around 10:25 p.m. in the 2800 block of Edmondson Avenue, where the shooting occurred in the parking lot of a BP gas station. At the scene, police found four victims suffering from gunshot wounds: a 34-year-old woman and three men, ages 20, 24 and 48. Officers provided emergency assistance before the victims were transported to nearby hospitals. A fifth victim, a man whose identity has not been released, later arrived at a hospital on his own seeking treatment for gunshot wounds. Authorities confirmed that the 20-year-old man and the 34-year-old woman died from their injuries. The remaining three victims are believed to have sustained non-life-threatening injuries. Investigators believe multiple shooters may have been involved and are examining the possibility that a high-powered firearm was used. The investigation remains ongoing as police work to identify those responsible. Further details about the victims and a possible motive have not yet been released.
Some Days Are Just Like Thank you for dropping by, However, I will only be filling My cup today. You’re going to need to siphon Someone else’s time and attention. Mine has already been allocated. But then you realize you’re a parent, And that’s not an option… #todaysmood Hopping into #liformepinkyogis with hosts @yogi.hemaxi @rhythm_of_yoga and sponsor @liforme in honor of my dear friend who was diagnosed, underwent treatment, and rang the bell this year. She wouldn’t want me to share her name, but she was so brave and inspiring throughout the entire process I felt compelled (for the first time in years) to play in a challenge in her honor 🎀😘 Her level of kindness and consideration are unparalleled. She was diagnosed shortly before I was to leave on holiday, but didn’t want me to worry about her while I was meant to be enjoying myself. When I got back, she threw me an amazing birthday party and told me her news racked with guilt for not having told me sooner. Bless her 🫶 #paschimottanasana #forwardfold #yogaeverydamnday
