Taking the decorating off a host's plate is such a smart service, the tree up and gone without any of the hassle. I bet your Lake Norman hosts love that one.

Holiday setup and takedown handled for hosts is such a smart idea. Fitting decorating between guest turnovers is always the hard part.

Taking the decorating completely off a host's to-do list is smart — but the return trip to pack it all away afterwards is the part that really sells it, isn't it? January is when hosting energy is lowest. Is this for your own properties first, or straight out to other hosts?
