I'm really loving my long walks and getting back into weights. I am truly amazed at how strong I feel in weights and how my hip flexors /knees aren't achy like they used to be.

I put it down to the balance of YIN practice.

This is the stretch you know you should do but don't spend the time doing.

This is full body and mind maintenance.

Unlike dynamic practices, Yin asks you to hold passive postures for 3โ€“5 minutes.

Here is what happens when you slow down:
๐Ÿ”น Fascia Release: We target the deep connective tissues that standard stretching misses.
๐Ÿ”น Joint Protection: Increased flexibility in your hips, knees, and ankles means fewer injuries.
๐Ÿ”น Nervous System Reset: Give your mind permission to drop out of 'fight or flight' mode.

Ready to experience lighter legs and easier miles with a calmer mind?
