Scenography for the Midterm Review of @fieldstationstudio’s After Images: Reframing Media Ecologies summer studio at @gsapp_aad, developed in collaboration with @michielhelbig over two weeks in New York.
For the Midterm Review, students presented their Mediagrams, mapping the research around a series of images through their mediality, mediation and media ecology. The scenography extends the Mediagrams beyond their fixed presentation, rescanning and processing their content to explore other possible readings and connections within the research and reimagining them as dynamic information clusters.
