TRIBE

Emergence II is just around the corner, and once again, we are excited to offer a platform for one emerging artist to play. There are so many excellent artists flying under the radar and sometimes all we need as we venture into something new is a bit of trust.

And boy do we trust our emerging artist this year! Allow us to introduce…. Painter 🎨🎶💥

Hailing from the depths of Cornwall, Painter is known for his love and dedication to large-scale burnable art. And a desire to follow a new passion has led him to begin decorating time over space.

A lifelong drummer, his deep-rooted grasp of rhythm solidified a burning desire to get behind the decks.

While Painter has an innate affinity for all things bass, curiosity keeps him exploring a wide host of electronic genres, breaking them apart and finding ways to bring the freshest and most exciting sounds to the table.

You could find him blending anything from a variety of house, melodic techno, downtempo, and electronica through to UK-centric sounds like UKG, breakbeat, and 140 dubstep, along with a few unexpected twists.

We are thrilled to welcome Painter to @tribe_presents and CAN’T WAIT to hear what he’s been cooking up for us!!! 😍
