I don’t know how I got so lucky this year, though I’ve been able to visit Brisbane, Gold Coast, Melbourne, Sydney, Sicily, and CDMX in the past 3 months. I’m so grateful for the friends and family I’ve spent time with. Looking forward to more travels and good memories!

Heels elevated on my 10 lb hex dumbbell. No dumbbell? A thick rolled-up towel or a thick book works. If the book is too small, use two side by side.

Heels elevated goblet squat, 3 parts, no rest between:
1. Full range: 10-15 reps, heavy dumbbell
2. 1.5 reps: 10-15 reps, keep the dumbbell or drop it. Either way you should be near failure by the end
3. Drop the dumbbell. Burnout: anything you've got left, usually 10-15. This one goes to absolute failure

I use 20-25 lb (9-11 kg). Go heavy enough that 15 is hard.
