In-person review of @lhummrich’s ’23 VB!
Hopefully that launch clip at the beginning got your attention, because Leo’s car is no slouch. Making around 360whp and 424 lb-ft of torque on 93, this thing feels seriously stout.
What makes it even better is that it’s a relatively simple bolt-on setup, featuring a Perrin top-mount intercooler, AEM intake, UEL headers, and an I-pipe-back exhaust.
And the sound? Honestly, it’s fantastic. The UEL headers give it that classic Subaru rumble without the rasp. Far too often, UEL setups on the FA engines end up sounding raspy, but that’s definitely not the case here.
