The Galleries at Moore

Maya Pindyck (Associate Professor of Humanities and Creative Writing here at Moore) recently took her Poetry class down to The Galleries for a tour of Michelle Angela Ortiz: STORIES OF US. Students explored the exhibition and wrote ekphrastic descriptive poems in response to works on display. Enjoy a selection of works written by student writers. You can read the remaining poems by visiting The Galleries and flipping through the book on our welcome desk!
Thank you writers for sharing your words with us!
