Crushed, crispy samosas topped with Queen Chickpeas in a spiced, tomatoey masala, then piled high with sev, pomegranate, tamarind chutney + zingy green chutney.
Crunch, spice, tang + creamy chickpeas in every mouthful. An absolute BELTER of a sharing plate.

I love chaat so much its my fav, my local place stopped adding pomegranates for a bit and it made me so sad but they are back!!

Oh this is my absolute favourite. We used to live near Mumtaz, who made a delicious one, but find it very hard to get where I live now. My husband is the good cook in our house and he used to hate chickpeas, but he genuinely likes the big soft ones from bold beans so I might be in with a chance of convincing him to cook it 😍
