Carving pumpkins this Halloween? 🎃

Don’t let that lovely pumpkin go to waste! Pumpkin and butternut squash are both delicious in a curry, especially with the gentle warmth of our Korma Masala.

Roast until soft and golden, then add to a creamy coconut curry with chickpeas and a handful of spinach. Serve with fluffy rice, fresh coriander and a squeeze of lime.

A lovely, warming way to make the most of autumn’s seasonal ingredients. 🍛

Fancy giving it a go? We’ve got a little treat for you! 🎃

We’d love to see what you’ve been cooking, and you could win a FREE Korma Masala refill!

🌶️ Tag a friend you’d love to share a curry with.

📸 Email a photo of your homemade curry to customerservices@naturallardercollective.co.uk

Malai Kofta, my way.

Golden paneer and potato koftas, cooked in an appe pan instead of deep-frying.

Made with grated paneer, boiled potato, ginger, green chilli, chopped nuts and dried cranberries for little bursts of sweetness and texture.

For the gravy, I used the Korma Spice blend from @spice_pots

What I love about this collection is that the spices really do live up to what's written on the tin — 100% natural and vegan-friendly. Every time I open a tin, there's an instant waft of fresh, fragrant aromas that makes me want to get cooking.

The blends bring so much flavour and character to a dish, doing the heavy lifting without me having to reach for ten different spices in my cupboard to create a mix from scratch.

And this little collection of six spice tins would make such a thoughtful gift for anyone who loves cooking. Whether it's Diwali or Christmas, it's a little something to inspire your loved ones to get into the kitchen and cook up a storm.

A hug in a tin, bringing warmth and flavour to every kitchen.

Thank you, @Spice_pots , for introducing me to your spice collection.

Save this for your next homemade Indian dinner.

Doing Friday night curry?
A little patience in the pan goes a long way. 🌶️

When making a curry, give your spices a brief moment with the softened onions, garlic and ginger before adding your tomatoes, coconut milk or stock.

Many of the compounds that give spices their flavour dissolve in fat, so gently frying them in a little oil helps bring that flavour into your dish.

Keep stirring and the heat gentle; ground spices catch quickly, so have your next ingredients ready.

And don’t rush those onions either. They’re doing more for your curry than you might think.

Different spice tolerances around the table? 🌶️

Start with a little less Spice Pots blend and cook as usual. Once it’s ready, dish up for those who prefer things milder, then stir a little extra spice into the remaining curry and cook for a few more minutes.

Some exciting news from our kitchen… 🌶️🍯

Spice Pots has officially joined Natural Larder Collective — a family of food and drink brands brought together by a shared love of great ingredients, thoughtful craftsmanship and delicious food.

To celebrate, we thought we’d bring two of the family together in the kitchen.

Ailsa from our team baked this comforting apple crumble using Spice Pots Sweet Spice and a generous drizzle of The Scottish Bee Company Scottish Blossom Honey for a little natural sweetness.

The result? A simple autumn dessert that’s too good not to share.

Sweet Spice & Blossom Honey Apple Crumble

🍏 Chop your apples and add to a baking dish.

🌶️ Sprinkle generously with Sweet Spice.

🍯 Drizzle over Scottish Blossom Honey.

🥣 Top with your favourite crumble mixture.

🔥 Bake until golden, bubbling and delicious.

We’re so excited for this next chapter for Spice Pots and can’t wait to share more recipes, collaborations and inspiration from across the family.

Here’s to plenty more delicious things to come. ❤️ by @spice_pots

Summer might be coming to an end, but the forecast is looking sunny this weekend… so that’s a good enough excuse to get your grill on ☀️🔥

Our Tandoori Masala is brilliant for bringing a little extra flavour to BBQ veg. Simply mix with soy sauce, a little oil and honey (or maple syrup), then coat your favourite vegetables and get them on the grill.

We’ve gone for broccoli, fennel and peppers — smoky, charred and packed with flavour.

Serve alongside Tandoori chicken or grilled halloumi for an easy weekend feast.

Because we’re not putting the BBQ away just yet… 🌶️
