I have never in my life dealt with worse customer service than with Lowe’s. Both in person and on the phone. I ordered 4 baskets from them, and two arrived badley damaged. I took them to the store to exchange today and was told I had to pay the difference to get replacement baskets because they were no longer on sale like the were a week prior when I bought them. To replace the baskets they sent me half caved in. I was like surely this is wrong so I left and called customer service. Sure enough, no one will replace my damaged product unless I reorder them at the current list price. I cannot fathom how this makes sense. “We do not price match.” Is what I was told. How is this price matching? I just want what I already ordered! Everyone was very rude as well. Do NOT shop here.
