1 of 3 Blood Angels Sanuinary Priests
This is the 1st of 3 Sanguinary Priests I’ll be posting over the next few weeks, all 3 were part of a commission for a themed Blood Angels army.
The colour schemes based on Corbulo’s from the 2nd edition, rather than all white armour.
It was a change to be painting white, and I think the grey cloak breaks it up nicely. Painting the narthesium/exsanguinator was nice to do and add a bit more colour.
I’ll post a video of each and all 3 together in due time.

Immediately recognized the colours. Very good! I like having more of the Legion/Chapter colours visible in apothecaries regardless of era. Looks great on him, great decision to go with a black tabard as well.

Sick! I've always wanted to see someone paint this primarily red. My hot take is I'm not a huge fan of having a random white apothecary or blue librarian in an army.
