OCTOBER RECAP: October was such a good reading month! ๐Ÿ‚๐ŸŽƒ๐Ÿ

I finished 16 books, which might be my first 16-book month of the year! ๐Ÿคฏ

October stats:
๐Ÿ“– 16 books read
๐Ÿ“„ 5,594 pages read
โญ๏ธ 3.84 average rating
๐ŸŽง๐Ÿ“š 7 books were ARCs or ALCs
๐Ÿ“š Average book length: 356 pages
โฑ๏ธ Average time to finish: 5 days (slightly inflated due to a rough ARC...)

3 books landed at 5-star reads this month!

Overall, I'm really happy with how much reading I got done and all the pages I turned this month! Here's hoping the momentum carries into November! ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ‚๐Ÿ

โ“What was your favorite book you read in October?

๐Ÿ›๏ธ๐Ÿพ WHEN MOM SAYS NO SHOPPINGโ€ฆ BUT YOU REFUSE TO TAKE NO FOR AN ANSWER! ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ’• Throwback to when Aly was just a little over a year old and already had a serious shopping addiction! ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ›๏ธ It all started when she pressed โ€œWHAT DOINGโ€ and I told her Mama was working. I suggested she find a ball to play with, but Miss Aly had other plans! ๐Ÿคฃ She started pressing โ€œSHOPPINGโ€ over and over and OVER again! ๐Ÿ›๏ธ๐Ÿ›๏ธ๐Ÿ›๏ธ Every time I told her we werenโ€™t going shopping, she just kept asking! Then she pulled out the big guns and pressed โ€œNEED!โ€ ๐Ÿ˜‚โค๏ธ Apparently, shopping wasnโ€™t just something she wantedโ€ฆ it was something she NEEDED! ๐Ÿคฃ I reminded her that she had a whole toy bin full of toys and everything a little princess could possibly want. ๐Ÿ‘‘๐Ÿถ After throwing quite the little puppy tantrum, she finally gave up on convincing Mama and found something to play with! ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ’• Even at just over a year old, this girl knew exactly what she wanted and wasnโ€™t afraid to keep asking! Some things never changeโ€ฆ Aly still LOVES her shopping trips! ๐Ÿ›๏ธ๐Ÿพโค๏ธ ๐Ÿ˜‚ Does anyone else have a fur baby who refuses to take NO for an answer? #AlyTheBichon #TalkingDog #TalkingButtons #DogsWithButtons #ThrowbackVideo

Hastar is the Halloween costume of the year! Orryโ€™s transformation has caught the attention of Alia Bhatt and Sohum Shah.
Princess Leonor turns 21 today, and #GenZ has made her its royal of choice. This year we saw the beginning of the #LeonorEffect. . At the Formula 1 Spanish Grand Prix in Madrid on September 13, her first F1 appearance, she wore the @colomas_ Rebbi Pink Top by Colomaโ€™s, a sleeveless dusty pink style with a smocked waist, paired with white wide leg trousers. The top sold out immediately. That kind of instant sell out is the clearest proof of influence a royal can have, and Leonor achieved it at 20. Her appeal goes beyond clothes. She has completed military training across the army, navy and air force, and this September she began a degree in Political Science at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid. When she takes the throne, she will be Spainโ€™s first reigning queen since 1868.
