A company lost its ideal candidate by trying to save โ‚น13K a month, and the hiring manager says the decision backfired spectacularly. According to the manager, the candidate had four years of experience, an impressive portfolio and an excellent interview. She asked for โ‚น65K, comfortably within the advertised salary range of โ‚น60K to โ‚น70K. But when the manager approached the boss for approval, he reportedly instructed her to offer just โ‚น52K, believing the candidate wanted the job badly enough to accept less. The candidate immediately questioned why the offer was below the advertised minimum. The manager claims she was told to explain that the budget had changed, leaving her to deliver the excuse herself. After asking for 24 hours to consider the offer, the candidate declined the following morning. The boss reportedly reacted angrily, describing her as unprofessional, money-minded and insufficiently passionate about the company. The manager, however, believed the company had brought the rejection upon itself by refusing to honour its own advertised range. The company eventually hired someone else at โ‚น52K, but according to the account, that employee left within six months. The story has sparked discussions about employers who expect candidates to compromise on salary while demanding experience, skills and commitment. The biggest hiring mistake wasnโ€™t losing the candidate. It was assuming she would accept less simply because she wanted the job. #Hiring #SalaryNegotiation #JobMarket #WorkplaceStories

Seorang pengendara motor terlibat insiden menabrak mobil sport Porsche berwarna kuning di kawasan Hampton, dekat Papaya, Gading Serpong, Medang, Pagedangan, Kabupaten Tangerang, Kamis (29/10/2026) sekitar pukul 10.30 WIB.
