Over the last week, accused serial sex pest and adjudicated sexual harasser Florida Rep. Fabian Basabe has had multiple police departments called on him at multiple early voting sites for reportedly “harassing” and “intimidating” people with a microphone, including voters, campaign workers, Miami-Dade County Mayor Daniella Levine Cava and Miami Beach Commissioner Joe Magazine.

I asked Miami Beach Police about the use of microphones and they said it was okay (within reason). So I got one of my own. If he’s there bullying and lying, I’ll be there telling the truth.

Basabe has been accused of sexual misconduct by no less than five young men (mostly Republicans) and was found liable by a jury in July of sexually harassing and battering his male former legislative aide and intern and defaming that aide and his mother, and orders to pay $450,000 in damages. Also at that trial, a man identified as T.S. testified under oath in open court (outside the presence of the jury) that Basabe drugged him and raped him in 2003. Basabe denies all the accusations.
