New half marathon PB of 1:16:48 last weekend in Budapest 🎉 and the race photos actually look good, apart from the nip slips 🤭

Executed the race plan perfectly by starting controlled against a headwind. Then every 5k was faster than the last and I finished all smiles still feeling strong 😁💪

Fantastic sign of fitness as the marathon block for Valencia on December 6 continues 🔜🇪🇸

First VCM Winterlauf pacemaking a @viennarunningco colleague to a big PB! Second race of the series is on January 25, so there's still plenty of time to get your registrations in.

2) Let's take this turn here
3) Stride's looking good
4) Whoa, these cobblestones are ankle breakers
5) On the track but I think my left hammy's gone
6) Teri says "Don't you drop now!" 🫡
7) I finally see the finish, finally, finally
8) Fist pump ✊
9) Job's done boys, let's head home

Did I mention the shiny new PR of 2:48:37?! 🎉🥳

Perfect Sunday morning with my friends from the #vcmambassadors and @viennarunningco

Not racing today but rather pacemaking for sub-40 minute 10K. Join us for the next two Winter Runs (January 19 and March 2) as well as the Marathon on April 6!

Hot day at the track 🥵 not able to put up a time my training deserved, but it's 🔛 to the next one.

Amazing organization, pacemakers, competition and crowd still made it memorable!

Wonderful weekend with my @viennarunningco friends and teammates for the Berlin Half Marathon. I knew the fitness wasn't quite there to go after PR, but I came a lot closer to it than expected, more than satisfied with my 1:18:28 finish time. Apart from the race, it was a great chance to spend a weekend away with good friends 🤜🏿🤛

Huge thanks to @thamsanq.khumalo and @tauschinski for the organization, and of course to @leggou.vision and @crini___ for the sick photos.
