THANK YOU to everyone who joined us for @secrettable Visionaries Unite.

We spent months curating 100 top leaders across longevity, mental health, and psychedelic science, then brought them together for an evening designed around something I care deeply about: what becomes possible when extraordinary humans have the right conditions to truly connect.

For several hours, the venue became its own world.

Different spaces, experiences, and ways of connecting were woven together with intention. Some invited reflection. Others conversation, play, movement, or deeper connection. Multidisciplinary speakers also brought ideas and perspectives that opened up new directions for the room.

I had the privilege of facilitating and emceeing the evening, guiding the room through each transition and helping shape the rhythm of the experience as it unfolded.

And then the room took on a life of its own.

New relationships formed. Old ones deepened. Ideas moved between disciplines. People who may never have otherwise crossed paths found themselves in real conversation.

That is the part of this work I love most.

The curation matters. The environment matters. The facilitation matters. The details matter.

But ultimately, all of it is in service of the humans in the room and what they might discover, create, or become through encountering one another.

To everyone who joined us, thank you for the openness, curiosity, and energy you brought into the experience.

And to my team and everyone who helped us bring this night to life, I love and appreciate you.

After more than a decade of creating gatherings like this, I know how much invisible care goes into making an experience feel effortless. The planning, the problem solving, the trust, and the people willing to step in for one another when it matters.

I am incredibly proud of what we created together.

More than anything, I am grateful for the relationships, conversations, and possibilities that continued long after the night was over.

If you are interested in having our team design and produce an experience like this for your organization, or you would like to stay close to future Secret Table gatherings, send me a message. by @pabloafernandez

Andrew and Natalie came into my life as neighbors in La Jolla, eight houses down, and over the years became two of my closest friends.

A couple years ago, during one of the more challenging periods of time in my life, Natalie would call around dinner time knowing I was probably home alone and ask what I was doing. Which usually meant, “Come over. I’m making dinner.”

She’d cook. We’d sit around the kitchen. They’d listen. And it was always exactly what I needed.

With Andrew it’s been sunrise workouts, rec center basketball shootarounds, business mastermind sessions, long brother talks, and more than one moment when I’ve called him in a serious pinch and he’s simply been there. No fuss. No hesitation. Just, “I got you.”

One of the things I admire most about them is that as full as their lives have become, they’ve kept the important stuff important. Andrew has built companies. Natalie has built a demanding corporate career. Neither has let ambition or busyness crowd out their relationships or their humanity. They make time. They notice. They care.

So getting to host about 60 of their dearest friends and family at our place this weekend for 24 hours of celebrating them was such a joy. I loved helping them co-create it, but mostly I loved looking around and seeing how deeply loved they are.

I’ve also had the privilege of being there for some of their biggest moments. Their engagement. Officiating their wedding in the Dominican Republic (engagement and wedding footage at the end of the reel). And now, very soon, watching them become parents for the first time.

Andrew and Natalie, I love you both deeply. Thank you for every meal, every call, every workout, every check-in, and every time you’ve made space for me when I needed it.

And just so we’re clear, if either of you ever calls me at 3am because you need me, I don’t care what it is. I’ll be on my way before we hang up. No questions asked.

And Lucas, your Uncle Pablo is already excited to meet you. ❤️ by @pabloafernandez

I had fully made peace with not going to Burning Man this year. I had other priorities, and it just felt like a great year to take a break.

But then, in the final days before gates opened, a few friends reached out and opened doors for me in ways that were hard to ignore.

So I packed the car and went.

I was only there for a few days, and for once I wasn’t carrying a leadership role or producing anything. I could just be there.

And what I felt more than anything was love.

From friends and communities connected to Morocco, the Bay Area, Europe, Mexico, my own camp, and others spread across playa. People made space for me, pulled me in, checked on me, fed me, danced with me, laughed with me, and reminded me how far these relationships now reach throughout my life.

There is so much I love about Black Rock City. The art. The creativity. The joy. The freedom to think differently, express more fully.

But underneath all of that, it’s the people.

There were moments when I was surrounded by humans I love, and moments when I was completely alone, wandering with nowhere I needed to be.

Both felt beautiful.

I didn’t need to make anything happen this year. I got to receive.

And somehow, in three short days, I kept running into exactly the people I was meant to see. Some I went looking for and missed completely.

There is something about staying open to what is actually happening, instead of forcing what you thought should happen, that makes room for a different kind of magic.

To everyone pictured here, I love you.

To everyone I missed, I love you too. I know our paths will cross again soon.

I came home deeply grateful for the moments I shared with each and every one of you.

Eight burns in, I think that’s what I keep coming back to.

The art changes. The city disappears.

But the friendships, and all the little moments where we got to show each other love, are what I carry home with me. ❤️🙏🏼 taken in Black Rock City by @pabloafernandez

This summer, I traveled to Chile for one of the most fascinating projects I’ve had the privilege of helping bring to life.

@secrettable and I were brought in by The Consciousness Foundation. I served as lead producer and strategic advisor for an intimate convening of researchers across contemplative science, neuroscience, psychology and human consciousness.

The question they came together to explore was a big one:

Can we build a rigorous science of awakening?

For several days, the group explored how lasting shifts in our experience of self and reality might be defined, measured and studied scientifically.

What stayed with me most was what happened between the people in the room.

A gathering like this depends on much more than the agenda. The rhythm of the days matters. Trust matters. So do morning meditations, meals designed to spark unexpected conversations, time in nature, laughter, celebration, and enough room for people to simply be together.

Part of my role was designing that container. Another part was holding it once everyone arrived.

Reading the room. Guiding transitions. Solving challenges quietly, often before anyone knew there was one. Knowing when to step in and when to disappear. Staying calm when a lot was happening behind the scenes so everyone else could stay present to why they came.

That part is hard to photograph, but it can change the entire experience.

The group itself moved me. Brilliant, curious people with very big hearts, willing to sit with difficult questions, challenge one another, and stay open to how much we still don’t know about being human.

I’m deeply grateful to Katie, Josh, Morgan, Alicia and The Consciousness Foundation for trusting us with something this meaningful. To our hotel partners for the warmth and care they brought. And to Luna, who worked alongside me on the ground, for having my back and bringing so much of herself to it.

I came home reminded why I care so much about this work: bringing brilliant humans together with intention, designing and holding the space well, and creating the conditions for something to happen between them that none of us could create alone. by @pabloafernandez

It was my birthday a few days ago. And I’ve been thinking a lot about this life.

Putting these photos together had me looking back at so many different versions of myself.

The places I’ve been. The risks I’ve taken. The things that worked out beautifully and the things that absolutely did not.

It’s been a beautiful life. Not a perfect one.

I’ve made mistakes. I’ve fallen short. I’ve hurt and been hurt. And I’ve experienced more love, beauty, adventure, friendship and connection than I could have ever imagined.

But looking back, one thing feels especially clear.

So much of who I am has been shaped by the humans I’ve met along the way.

By friends and family who have loved me and challenged me. Those who believed in me, told me the truth, opened doors, shared their wisdom, sat beside me when things were hard, and reflected parts of myself I couldn’t always see on my own.

I’ve learned so much from so many of you.

And I’m grateful because I get to keep becoming.

There is still so much I want to learn, experience, create, and give. But if I have one wish for myself as I step into another year of this life, it’s to keep becoming the realest human and the best friend I know how to be.

To be present. To tell the truth. To stay curious. To love deeply. And to leave the people I encounter a little more alive.

If you and I have shared a chapter somewhere along the way, I’d really love to hear from you. A favorite memory. A moment between us that inspired you. Something we shared that still makes you smile.

Because when I look back at my life, those are the things that matter most.

Thank you for being part of it.

What a gift it is to be here.

I love you. ❤️ by @pabloafernandez

Every time, Summit at Sea feels a little less like an event and a little more like a family reunion. ❤️

One of the greatest gifts of being part of the Summit community and serving as a curator over the past few years, is getting a front-row seat to extraordinary humans from every corner of the world.

Founders.
Artists.
Scientists.
Investors.
Athletes.
Storytellers.
Builders.
Dreamers.

But what keeps bringing me back aren’t the resumes.

It’s the people.

The conversations in hallways.
The unexpected hugs.
The late night dance floors.
The meals that turn into masterminds.
The chance encounters that somehow feel anything but random.
Of course the spa parties! ; )

One of the most rewarding aspects of this journey is bringing an extraordinary group of first-time Summiters into the community and witnessing the magic unfold through their eyes.

To everyone who shared a meal, a conversation, a dance, a laugh, or a moment of genuine connection, thank you.
To everyone pictured above, and many that I connected with not in this reel, I LOVE YOU!

My heart is full.

And to the entire @summit team, thank you for continuing to create one of the most extraordinary gatherings and communities on the planet.

Until next time.🛥️⚡️ by @pabloafernandez

The 2nd edition of the XH Mastermind has begun.

We’re humbled to be on this year-long journey with such an incredible group of 36.

The XH Mastermind is an inner circle for well-established experience designers, community builders, and entrepreneurs crafting experiences for a more connected and human world. This edition is no exception — within this group we have:

✨ Experience designers, facilitators, keynote speakers, and bestselling authors who are defining the craft of how humans connect — leading immersive programs for organizations, communities, and leaders across 20+ countries

🏛 Architects and cultural placemakers reimagining how spaces shape the way we live and gather — from transforming iconic urban venues and districts, to designing new models of living.

🌀 Musicians, DJs, somatic practitioners, and storytellers crafting experiences at the intersection of sound, ceremony, movement, and the body — turning stages, dance floors, and gathering spaces into transformative experiences.

🚀 Founders building at the frontier of psychedelic therapy, AI, global citizenship, and experiential education — as well as residencies and networks bringing visionary builders together from the Bay Area to Latin America and Europe

Experience House began as a month-long residency. From the very beginning, we’ve believed that depth over time is what creates real trust, real collaboration, and the most meaningful relationships. We’re deeply excited to be in it with this group for a full year, and can only imagine what will catalyze as a result. ✨ by @pabloafernandez

What happens when community leads the celebration?

Cabo was a living answer to that question.

This wasn’t just a New Year’s Eve party. It was a multi-day, co-created experience shaped by art, trust, generosity, and shared intention. A rare convergence of communities coming together to build something joyful, immersive, and alive.

For @playalchemist , it was especially meaningful.

Watching our camp show up with such heart, creativity, and care reminded me why this community matters so deeply. People offering their gifts. Stepping into leadership. Creating magic for each other. Nearly sixty of us traveled from all over to help bring this experience to life, and the ripple effect was undeniable.

Alongside camps, @campbisous @maxacamp and kindred community from @theportal_house , and the visionary humans behind @hotelelganzo and @craniareclaim , we transformed an entire hotel and its surrounding spaces into a playground of expression, connection, and celebration. Hundreds of people moving, dancing, laughing, and remembering what’s possible when we build together.

Moments like these stay with you.

They remind you that joy can be intentional. That collaboration is a creative force. That community, when nurtured, becomes a portal for transformation.

I’m deeply grateful for every person who helped make this real, and for the friendships and bonds that grew stronger along the way.

This feels like a beginning.

More to come. ❤️⚡️🔺 by @pabloafernandez

There’s something about CDMX that always brings me back to myself.

This trip was a blend of reconnection and discovery. Time with old friends I hadn’t seen in years. New conversations that felt instantly familiar. Long walks. Museums. Incredible meals. And an intimate dinner where people slowed down enough to really meet each other.

I spent Christmas here too. Quietly. Simply. On my own. And honestly, it felt full. Full of presence. Full of gratitude. Full in a way that didn’t need anything extra.

What continues to move me most isn’t the city itself, but what becomes possible when people feel relaxed enough to be real. When connection happens without agenda. When a shared table turns into something meaningful.

This is why I gather. Not to host, but to make space. For conversation. For trust. For moments that remind us we’re not doing any of this alone.

Grateful for the friends who welcomed me, the ones I got to rediscover, and the new connections that already feel like part of the path.

Until next time, CDMX. taken in Mexico City by @pabloafernandez

Some places change you quietly.
You feel it in the people, not just the land.

My time at @findmusa was filled with moments I’ll never forget.

Yes, the land is stunning. Thoughtfully designed, deeply rooted, and held with care. But what moved me most were the humans. The conversations that unfolded slowly. The shared meals. The laughter. The presence. The kind of moments that don’t announce themselves, but stay with you long after you leave.

I bonded deeply with the people I was there with. Friends, collaborators, and builders I dropped into real connection with. Moments of honesty, warmth, and mutual recognition. Both personally and professionally, it was a rare kind of alignment. The kind that reminds you why you do this work in the first place.

What became clear quickly is that MUSA isn’t just being built beautifully, it’s being built well. With coherence between vision and values. Between land and leadership. Between what’s imagined and how it’s stewarded. The wider ecosystem, including the work unfolding with partners like @kavanaretreats , carries that same care and intentionality.

A meaningful collaboration is already taking shape here. One rooted in shared values, long-term vision, and a deep respect for how places and people are stewarded.

Beyond that, I’m personally drawn to MUSA as a place to build a longer relationship. From creative collaboration to shared stewardship over time, this is an ecosystem you can meaningfully participate in, not just visit. I’m stepping into that path myself and open to conversations with others who feel a similar resonance.

To those I shared this time with: I love you. Thank you for the moments we created together. They matter more than you know.

More to come.

If this place or project speaks to you, feel free to reach out. by @pabloafernandez
