Gave video a try this week 🤯
•
•
100% out of my comfort zone of photography and into the 🔥 of video. Honestly…it was a blast! @itsvxtx slid into the DM’s and asked if I wanted to shoot some stuff for @wclc_rt as a way of practicing 🤝
•
•
So much to learn, so many accessories to buy…👀🙈

Final set of photos from my flash session with @philhillstudio and @thats.fast.enough last Tuesday.
•
•
Some inevitable purchases were made and have winced arrived, so keen to get back out and experiment more with flash photography.

Flash photography…a dark art, if you’ll excuse the pun 🙈 It’s something I’ve not been 100% confident with, often over-thinking everything to do with it (honestly, over-thinking is my downfall and responsible for holding me back with a lot of things).
•
•
So I dropped @philhillstudio a message to arrange a flash photography session, and if you e seen Phil’s work at the @maverickrace ‘dark’ events, you’ll know why I went to him 👌
•
•
Suffice to say I came away more knowledgeable and confident and yes…I had been overthinking things way more than I needed to 🤦🏻‍♂️
•
•
Couldn’t have done this session without a model who was willing to run 30m back and forth multiple times - so huge thanks to @thats.fast.enough for joining us.
•
•
Very happy with how these photos came out 🙌 Now to get out there and put the reps in in these darker months to try and make flash photography something I don’t fear 👊

Really pleased to have been asked to photograph this years Safer Steps event on Wednesday evening with @itsrunbyher 💜

The Safer Steps campaign was created in response to women experiencing harassment and intimidation while out running, with a simple but important aim: creating a culture where women and girls feel safer, more confident and supported when they’re out exercising.

But this isn’t just about women. The campaign is about education, prevention, listening and giving men a meaningful role in helping to create that change.

It was brilliant to see such a strong turnout, with runners, local communities, charities and organisations coming together to support the message.

Very happy to have played a small part in supporting such an important local campaign. 👏

Big day out shooting for @maverickrace, and on home-turf too🙌 Flying solo for this one and made my life difficult by shooting wayyyy too many photos 🤦🏻‍♂️
•
•
That aside - WHAT. A. DAY. Awesome Maverick vibes as always from the start line to the finish line and everything in between 😎
•
•
Superb views up on the South Downs overlooking Harting Down, with the last of the morning mist lurking around long enough to make for a cracking backdrop. Then into the trees for the @on timed segment - 400m sprint in the last half a km for a chance to win a pair of On running shoes - fastest female and male in each race category - full send 🤯 Didn’t expect to see @aubrey.running smashing it along the segment! I heard the legendary “letssss gooo…letsssss gooo” in the distance and there he was 🙌 Finally ending up at the finish line capturing all the emotions as runners crossed the line - love it!
•
•
Back for the big one in a couple of weeks - Jurassic Coast race on the Saturday and the hike on Sunday - going to need plenty of @tenzing to see me through!

After pushing so hard for a sub-12 hour 100k, the face says it all. Relief, shock and pride.

📸 And huuuge kudos to @pacelinemedia for making me look so good in this shot!

London BYU ‘2026 ☔️
•
•
It was a wet one. It made this BYU a challenge from the moment each runner crossed the line. Maybe the battle commenced even before that.
•
•
I was only there to capture the opening loops, but each runner stepped up, took on the course, took on the weather and showed grit and determination on each loop I witnessed. This one wasn’t for the feint-hearted. Massive respect to every runner who showed up 💪
