I know what it feels like to battle health struggles and wonder if your body is working against you. Every day I’m reminded that there are people fighting harder battles than mine, people who would give anything for the opportunities and strength I still have. That perspective keeps me grounded.

So I refuse to waste the life I’ve been given. If I have the ability to wake up, improve myself, push forward, and become stronger mentally, physically, and spiritually — then I have the responsibility to never take that gift for granted.

A Life Warrior isn’t someone with a perfect life. It’s someone who chooses to keep fighting, growing, and becoming better… no matter the adversity. Couldn’t be more proud to be a part of such a great team and a great message. @lifewarriorunited taken in No Fear Fitness DFW by @paden12ross
