Another viral recipe video? Hard pass.

I eat the same 8-10 foods on repeat, cook in bulk, portion it out, and get on with my day.

No 20 ingredients. No 2-hour prep. Just the basics that work.

If you want entertainment, watch the recipe guys. If you want results, stick to the basics.

DM me WARRIOR if you want simple.

Your life was never promised to be easy. It was promised to be forgiven.

Being fit doesn't make you holy. But taking care of your temple does show respect for the One who built it.

If Jesus could get up and do the work knowing what was coming... you can get up and go for the walk, do the workout, make the better choice - even with kids, grandkids, and a full-time job on your plate.

Stop waiting for life to get easier. Start honoring what you were given.

Drop a WORK below if you're still showing up anyway.#lifewarrior #work

Here is what to avoid as far as egg whites and egg protein. If you see any of this on the packaging, avoid it. Especially at Walmart, Target and on Amazon.

1. Ovopro
2. EVERY
3. Healthier Comforts animal-free egg white protein
4. Animal free EWP
5. EWP from fermentation
6. EWP from yeast
7. Precision-fermented EP

Make sure you check ingredients on baked goods. My recommendation is to not use boxed foods anyway!

Need a plan that has none of these, Dm WARRIOR right now! I got you! #nutrition #labgrown #realfood

It's never happened. Not one time in my 30 plus years of helping people get their health leveled up has anyone said "I regret that".

On the flip side, I've heard the opposite more times than you can count. Thousands of regrets.

People who understand it was their unwillingness, laziness and addiction to comfort that put them in the back of my ambulance.

There are millions out there right now headed down that path. If you're one of those and you hear this, and you're ready to find out what feeling good feels like,

Dm me WARRIOR right now!
