yearly check-in to say i'm still alive

i kept myself busy clearing real-life sidequests. had my first dj gig as nordAPC. traveled some more to see friends, eat good food, & experience music. continued therapy & also resumed studying a language. i’m now the most senior nurse at work as well. i’ve built a good support system though there were times i felt extreme loneliness & sadness but was so afraid to reach out. still, finding the beauty in life keeps me going & i am grateful i can continue exploring the world out there and within me. taken in teamLab Borderless / チームラボボーダレス by @padronchristian

feeling younger than ever ☺️

started my 30s in pursuit of more personal growth, self-discovery, and life satisfaction. i spent more time on traveling, friends, and my hobbies & interests. instead of working overtime i kept working on myself. through therapy, i regained insight, energy, & clarity i’ve lost before. despite my setbacks, i will continue to love myself & still hope to spread love to those around me. i’m thankful for those who are still with me. thank you for being there for me. my heart remains full & i am so happy to be alive. taken in Redlands, California by @padronchristian

but these last two years were taken away from me so let me stay young for a little bit longer 🫠

took me an entire year to make my first post in 2022 lmao. 🥲 im very grateful for my growth during my 20s. i finished school & started my career as a nurse, grew to become a reliable professional, traveled the world, made new friends & reconnected with old ones, strengthened relationships, and learned a ton about myself. life was not always easy & i've had more setbacks than triumphs. losing friends, burnout from work, depression & hopelessness, and never ending shame. but i'm thankful to be alive everyday. i am a late bloomer so i'll continue working hard to become the best version of myself as i start my 30s. i'm learning to love myself more & i hope to spread love to those around me. my heart is full and i am happy to make it this far. thank you for joining me at any stage of my life journey & i am excited for what is to come.

Happy National Nurses Week. Two years since passing my board exam and becoming a medical-surgical nurse, it's been quite a journey. I still have a lot to learn & I feel incompetent all the time, but I am thankful for everyone for being so patient with me as a health professional. I really love what I do and I always look forward to care for others.

I'm lucky enough to live 45mins away but I could see why people travel far & wide for a weekend in the desert. This was my first ever music festival & I was enjoying every second. Discovered new music, rekindled old favorites, and met new friends along the way. Thank you for the good vibes, Coachella. 🎡
