Our final day | ILLUMINATE ☀️

Where everything came together.

The sun even blessed us with one final full day — spent poolside + oceanside, soaking in every last bit before gathering in the orchard for closing words, long hugs + sunset photos together.

What an incredible experience meeting new friends, deepening connections + sharing this special place with old ones.

Thank you, Ibiza. For the beauty, the lessons, the laughter, the expansion —

all of it ✨ until next time 🇪🇸🫂

Day 4: RECEIVE 🌞

Yoga + breathwork under a blue sky as the sun rose. Time at the spa, resting in the sun + regrounding after a full day at sea.

We ended with a @lululemon sculpt session + dinner together under the trees in the orchard.

A day to soften, restore + fully RECEIVE all that this experience has for us ✨ taken in Six Senses Ibiza by @paigeforrest

Day 3: EXPAND 🌊

We began the day with an energizing sculpt practice + ended it swimming in the Mediterranean Sea, tucked in a beautiful cove between Ibiza and Formentera.

A day that reminded us expansion can look like adventure, movement + saying yes — but also like floating in the sea, watching the sun set + allowing ourselves to simply be.

What an incredible day to play + expand ✨

days here are full + special ✨

day two was spent anchoring through silence + a soft morning practice, resting under the Ibiza sun, reinvigorating through an ocean-view Sculpt, gathering for a copal ceremony at sunset + closing the day around a shared table.

A day to slow down, tune in + LISTEN.

LISTEN 🫴🏼✨

To your body. To your soul. To the people around you. To what gets quieter when you finally slow down enough to hear it.

Day two was about tuning in — moving together, sharing meals, soaking in this place + creating space for whatever wanted to come to the surface.

Less noise. More noticing.

ARRIVE 🌞

After 20+ hours of international travel, we landed on the island of Ibiza.

40 minutes north of the airport sits this little slice of heaven, Six Senses Ibiza — a place rooted in sustainable luxury, deep wellness + an authentic connection to the bohemian spirit of northern Ibiza. Exactly why we chose to gather here.

The perfect container for our work this week.

Let cohere Ibiza begin ✨

grounding + energizing
experiencing + being
movement + stillness
expanding + returning

the dichotomy of retreat is part of its magic.

to travel outward while journeying inward.
to move the body while quieting the mind.
to experience fully while simply being.

the time has come. our Ibiza journey starts here — within the mind, soul and body.

we cannot wait to experience the magic of this island, together. cheers to @co__here Ibiza 🤲🏼🪽 taken in Six Senses Ibiza by @paigeforrest

I had dreamt of working with @kaylynnkriegphoto for years — seeing her work posted over and over thinking, “she is so talented but she just seems like the coolest girl too”.

Fast forward to finally MEETING on this morning of our shoot and it felt like an instant sisterhood 🖇️🫂 She’s fun, she’s cool, she’s silly. She’s talented and she is SO comfortable to be around. She has an incredible passion for women, maternity, and family and although I haven’t entered those seasons yet, I cannot wait for her to capture us once I have. So for now — mermaids at @chateaulesol ✨

I hope I look back on these photos in 30 years and stay in awe of the blessings of the women I’ve gotten to do life with.

Thank you for sharing your art with me, K. To my girls in their maternity or young family seasons — HIRE HER. She’ll make magic for your family 🤍
