It’s no wonder @arlingtonheightsfarmersmarket won #1 farmers market in Illinois (again)!! It was an honor to flow with you all under the historic leaves and breathe in the fresh air with the sun shining bright. Next time you are back in Chicago make sure you check out the market and know that you are always welcome into our #infrared yoga and sculpt studio right down the street.

Still buzzing from Saturday. ⚡️

Our Outdoor Yoga Sculpt brought movement, strength, music, and an incredible community together for 45 minutes outside with weights in the heart of Arlington Heights.

Huge thank you to everyone who moved with us, and helped make the afternoon so special and to our partners and sponsors who brought a little extra energy to the day.

A new season, a new rhythm at Still Yoga. 🍂

Starting tomorrow on September 1st, our Fall Schedule is here, with a few thoughtful changes designed to give you more opportunities to move, breathe, build strength, and find stillness throughout your week.

Unannounced pop-ups will be added to the schedule as well, keep an eye out for those.

We’re also so excited to officially welcome Jennie to the Still Yoga teaching team. Join her every Wednesday at 9:30am for Infrared Sculpt Flow—bringing her decades of experience in yoga, dance, movement, and instruction into the studio.

And this Saturday at 9:30am, take your practice outside with us for a FREE Community Yoga Class at the Arlington Heights Farmers Market, powered by lululemon. Bring your mat, towel, water, and meet us outside for a morning of movement and community.

See you on the mat.
