The intensity of the city can vary for all of us, but having a familiar space to properly reset for the next week is golden.
The ebbs and flows will always be there, so having a place that covers the needed spots without draining all your free time is golden.
Come relax into your story of growth and stress release.
One visit at a time, we will create a path to a better feeling you.

This is a trailer of my Yoga massage , while I share a bit of my philosophy & methodology in a snippet.
Discovering places where tension has been lying dormant for long periods of time.
My Yoga Massage is a portion of my practice I take pride in, on the road to holistic rehabilitation of the Body, Mind and Spirit.
Traveling to help those in need.
I look forward to your coming breakthrough.

What is movement?
How does our voice affect the world around us?
Are we at the beginning stages of progress or the end of the world?
What do we do about the things we don’t like in this world?
When will we see that #ChangeStartswithUs

Community healing through shared wisdom and movement. 🌿✨

2-4pm: Holistic Wellness Consultations - 20-minute sessions with personalized therapeutic advice. Treatment-based chair massage available if needed.

First classes and treatments on sliding scale. This is our community give-back offering.

4:30-6pm: Alchemical Dance Series - explore floor work through lofting, breaking, experimental navigation.

Two complementary experiences in one day - come for holistic guidance, expressive movement, or both. All are welcome in this space of shared learning and growth.

Sunday & Monday sessions.
