My painting “True North”. was born out of my cancer treatment which felt like going through a huge storm with massive waves. The way to make it through for me was to surrender and to allow the universe to guide me thru.
I hope that this painting will remind you to trust in your own True North.❤️🥰☀️

Today is the first year anniversary for the Palisades and Eaton fire that interrupted the lives of so many. A year later we are still trying to rebuild our lives and we are still grabbling with what happened. My heart goes to all who are affected and I pray that today marks a new steps toward easier and better.❤️

First sketch in a long time. Almost 6 months since the fire upended our lives. I feel like her, walking along the beach letting my sorrows dissolve into the light. Finding joy in the moment :)😍💕☀️#ArtAsHealing#HealingThroughArt #SpiritualArt #IntuitiveArtist #SoulfulArt #InnerLight #DivineFeminineEnergy #WatercolorMagic #FirstSketchInMonths #ArtistsonInstagram #ArtOfTheDay #Painting #OriginalPainting #ArtWithSoul #SpiritualArt #HealingArt #IntuitiveArt #ArtFromWithin #UpliftingArt taken in Santa Monica, California by @paintingsfromwithin

Dream Journey- Original painting by Valerie Graniou-Cook. Where do your dreams lead you? Do they transport you to magical landscapes and lush, exotic gardens? My new painting, Dream Journey, reflects the gentle transition into a dream state, inviting calm and well-being. It’s a reminder to center ourselves so we can enter peaceful dreams that lead us to places of beauty and serenity.💕🥰

“Hawaii Garden of Life” by Valerie Graniou-Cook celebrates spiritual renewal and a deep connection with the natural forces that shape Hawaii’s breathtaking landscapes. This is a place of perfect balance, where the life-giving energies flow freely. The Hawaii Garden of Life is a living sanctuary, offering the opportunity to connect with one’s higher self, commune with the divine, and experience profound spiritual healing. In doing so, it restores harmony within both the individual and the world around them, fostering a life of peace, gratitude, and reverence for the sacred.🥰☀️💕
