Spend an evening with one of the defining voices of Western Australian wine. 🍷

For more than 40 years, @rayjordanwine has tasted, written about and championed the wines of WA, publishing thousands of columns, shaping the state’s annual wine guide and documenting the story of the Margaret River Region along the way.

Now, for one night only, he brings that perspective to Around the Table with Ray Jordan at @misschowsau for Pair'd Festival.

The evening begins with canapés on the lawn before moving inside for a paired dinner built around a handpicked selection of Ray’s favourite Margaret River wines from the forthcoming WA Wine Review 2027.

Expect standout bottles, candid stories from behind the Review and the kind of insight that only comes from decades spent following the producers, vineyards and vintages that have shaped the region.

If you love Margaret River wine, this is one to make time for.

One more chance to get around the fire with @pitmasterrodneyscott. 🔥

This Thursday, 15 October at 10am AWST, a limited number of tickets will return for An Evening with the Pitmasters at Wills Domain.

Rodney Scott, one of the most celebrated names in American barbecue, will be serving his signature ribs, paired with @willsdomain Wine and cold @gageroadsfreo beers as the evening unfolds. 🍷

Joined by fellow fire-led chefs @morgygalinha and @chef_bcole_, this event will be one you'll never forget.

This has been one of the most sought-after events on the Pair’d program, and only a handful of tickets will be available.

Be ready when the Special Release goes live, other sold out events will also be available. 🎫

@kruder_dorfmeister are bringing their love of wine and music all the way from Vienna to Western Australia for Pair’d this November. 🍷

Known around the world for their signature blend of downtempo, trip-hop and electronic music, the legendary Austrian duo are swapping Vienna for Margaret River for a very special Pair’d appearance.

First up, they’re taking to the decks right on the shores of Meelup Beach for Pair’d Beach Club as the sun sets. 🌊

And their love of wine is getting its moment too. 🍷

The Grand Tasting returns to the sweeping lawns of @howardparkwines on 21 & 22 November for Pair'd Festival, bringing together some of the Margaret River region's most celebrated winemakers alongside a stellar line-up of chefs, wine writers, sommeliers and musicians.

🍷 Saturday is SOLD OUT. Sunday is still pouring, but be quick.

@chefmattmoran joins us at The Grand Tasting with his famous @broloslobster rolls & more - all made for eating on the lawn, with a glass of Margaret River wine in hand of course.🦞🥂

@mrtimrobards, who you may know from The Bachelor, knows a thing or two about Rosé.

Together with winemaker @shuneto, the duo run their own wine label and will take to the Perfect Pair’d Stage, chatting all things Rosé with @louthesomm

Sommelier and President of Sommeliers Australia @louthesomm takes centre stage for the ceremonial pour of the sparkling tower. 🍾

You’ll also find Louella hosting the Perfect Pair’d Stage, leading conversations with winemakers and special guests throughout the afternoon.

Plenty of bubbles and good conversation.

Acclaimed wine writer @nickryanwine heads into the Wine Chapel for an intimate Museum Masterclass, opening up rare back-vintages and exploring how great Margaret River wines evolve over time. 🍷

On the weekend, I had the most unique multi-sensory wine tasting and food experience with @pairdfestival at @si_paradiso . 🍷✨

We started in the garden, tasting wines from some of WA’s best-known producers, including Howard Park, Cape Mentelle, Cherubino, Vallée du Venom, Vasse Felix, Idée Fixe, Luda Mala, Amato Vino and Leeuwin Estate.

Then things got really interesting… 🎧🍷

We were seated and given headphones for a guided wine tasting with @cyndal_petty — imagine a silent disco, but with wine! Each wine came with its own story, sounds and sensory experience, making the whole tasting so much more immersive.

The experience was also paired with delicious Pair’d-inspired eats by Chef Larissa Gonçalves. I had to leave a little early, so a big thank you to @sueyeap @taylorrjames for sharing their food content with me so I could still show you what was served! 🤍

And to wrap up the afternoon, talented Chef Brian Cole @chef_bcole_ jumped behind the DJ decks and turned the experience into a little party. 🎶

Such a fun and unexpected way to experience wine!

And this is just a little taste of what’s to come — Pair’d returns to Margaret River from 19–22 November with even more food, wine, music and immersive experiences. 🍷✨

BOO SEEKA is coming back to WA this November for not just one, but 2 x performances at Pair'd Festival! 🥂

@booseeka will headline New Wave Gathering at @chowstable, where fresh pours from Margaret River’s next generation of winemakers meet Mal Chow’s Malaysian-Chinese flavours, @gageroads beers and one very good soundtrack.

Food is also becoming a bigger part of Boo’s world. His latest album comes with its own cookbook, and his new channel @foodseeka follows his love of food, wine and the places and people behind them.

Naturally, we’re looking forward to showing him what Margaret River has to offer.

Follow @foodseeka to come along for Boo’s festival food journey throughout the Pair’d weekend.
