An intimate evening around the table with Ray Jordan🍷 In November, @pairdfestival comes to Miss Chow’s Margaret River for an exclusive dining experience with one of WA’s most respected wine voices.

With numbers deliberately kept small, the evening begins with sunset canapés and wine on our beautiful lawn, before guests take their seats for a paired dinner led by Ray Jordan - sharing the wines, the stories and his insights along the way.

And to continue the experience at home, every guest will leave with a copy of Ray’s 2027 WA Wine Review.

We’re heading down south for a one-night-only collaboration with our amigos at @eaglebaybrewingco for @pairdfestival!

Ben and Connie are joining forces with Eagle Bay Head Chef Hayden Vink for a special evening bringing together bold Mexican flavours, beautiful WA produce and a few very good drops from the Margaret River Region.

Think sunset views over Cape Naturaliste, roaming bites, dishes made for sharing and drink pairings featuring local wines from Luda Mala and brews from Eagle Bay.

A celebration of good food, good people and the best of the West, with a little bit of La Cabaña flavour thrown in.

New Wave Gathering is one for the Pair’d itinerary.

Taking over Chow’s Table, the night brings together next-generation Margaret River wine producers, Mal Chow’s Malaysian-Chinese @chowstable cooking, Gage Roads @gageroadsbrewco beers and live music from Boo Seeka @booseeka. It’s an unlikely combination that makes perfect sense once you know what’s coming.

Expect new labels, a festival menu of Mal’s greatest hits and Boo Seeka bringing Food Seeka @foodseeka to the table, with Gage Roads beers in the mix and one very good soundtrack.

NORMAL VAN. RARE WINES.
ONE NIGHT. 🍷 5 WINEMAKERS.

Let us introduce you to Nic from LAS VINO who will be digging into the cellar to bring you something special.

Small batches and bottles that rarely — if ever — make it out into the wild.

Nic isn’t afraid of doing things differently and like the name says with a bit of luck, science and art he makes truly unique & exceptional Wines. Wines that might be unconventional in nature but fine by design.

So what wine will he pour?

CHENIN? CHARDONNAY? ………..WILDFLOWERS? Or a mysterious blend of Portuguese varieties we can’t pronounce?

You will have to come to find out.

This isn’t a cellar door tasting. It’s a chance to drink through the seriously good stuff that usually stays hidden away. Plus Chef Rob Webster will be whipping up snackies to match.

LAS VINO joins Jingalup, Dormilona, Trait Wines and South by South West for one big walk-around tasting at Normal Van.

Rare wine in the glass.
Oysters + bites roaming around.
Vinyl DJ spinning and delirious winemaker chats await.
Normal Van Rare Wines. For @pairdfestival 🤍💫

Tickets are limited. November 20th.
Hit the link in bio and come drink the good stuff.
