Such a fun few days in Seattle!❤️ Huge thank you to @prodigy_camp for connecting me with some amazing people in Seattle’s music and nonprofit community.

Thank you to Daniel Pak @pakrocks and the @totemstar team for welcoming us into your studio! It was so cool to see the space and learn how you’re giving young artists a place to record, create, connect, and grow. Thank you for all the advice and ideas!

And thank you to Sunny, Keith, and @hangarhive for taking the time to learn more about what we’re building in the Bay Area with my nonprofit Break the Noise @breakthenoise.sf , and for all the encouragement and mentorship.

It was really inspiring to connect with people who share our passion for creating opportunities for emerging musicians. Excited to stay connected, keep exchanging ideas, and see where these new connections might lead!

It’s Earth Day and here’s a new song, Honolulu Blue, which is about the one thing that can end war, melt ice, and doesn’t need any oil—love. ❤️

Love one another. Take care of each other. Remember that we were all kids once upon a time.

Honolulu Blue is out now on most streaming platforms. Loved working on this one with @ericlilavois and @chavam.

Produced by @ericlilavois
Words and music @pakrocks
Additional vocals @chavam
Mastered by @amy__dragon
Recorded at @londonbridgestudio
Song title by Bryan Helfer

Today is a big day for Totem Star. The Resilience Mixtape is live—the collective result of the voices, stories, and work of the recording artists who have made @totemstar their creative home over the last year. Available exclusively on Bandcamp, head over to the Totem Star website, support the artists, and make this incredible body of work your new soundtrack. taken in Totem Star by @pakrocks

🥶 It’s so cold out there. 🧊 on the streets. What to do? We stick to what we know best—music and community. Our thirteenth annual Winter Magic was a hit. Thanks to @babayagaseattle for the venue, to @seaofficeofarts for the hope, and to @therhapsodyproject for deploying the songsters. Together, we can and will melt away all this frozen liquid until it evaporates into…nothing at all. 🎸🔥

Sometimes you need to time travel 15 hours ahead and celebrate with the ones you love to remember who you are. Left a piece of my heart in Phuket. When we going back, @thaiguypai and @mynameis_tara? Love you so much—best wedding, ever. 🎉🌺🏝️🐾🍤 taken in Phuket, Thailand by @pakrocks

2025 wrapped. 12 photos of 12 joyful moments in the last 12 months. 12x12x12=1,728, which means absolutely nothing. 2025 was a year of shedding old skin, cleaning house, and making Goodwill runs. Amazing photos by @sony.hawk @prometheusbrown and @oh.no.its.nat. Happy New Year! 🎉🎸🌊🌋🖕🏼 taken in Leschi by @pakrocks

Performing a live show is like being in a dream. You’re fully lucid, but it still doesn’t make sense. Everything is happening all at once, and in a flash it’s done. Thanks to all the amazing photographers who help you remember what you did.

Not every night you get to be on a panel of rock judges, in a room full of lawyers, raising money for orgs like @totemstar. Mahalo @lawrocksglobal! ⚖️🎸💰 taken in The Crocodile by @pakrocks

#SonyKandoTrip 2024 is a wrap! Like the first day of high school, and high school reunion, all in one. Spoke on a panel about @totemstar and raised some $ with the Create Action fam. Ate tacos and paella with #SonyAlpha and the world’s best creators. Talked about @konakitchen with the creators of @cobrakaiseries. And to cap it off, found a baby grand and jammed out with homies from @sonyelectronics. Heart is full.

In late August 2023 I was invited to the @sony #KandoTrip in Snowbird, UT and connected with a global community of creatives producing work of the highest level, like my new friend @jcheusr who grew up with the @beastieboys and @rundmc. He was also a good friend and collaborator of none other than @joestrummer. Crazy cool creative director at @sonymusic.

⛰️ Second day on the mountain Josh asks if I want to do an impromptu photo shoot with the new Alpha 7C II that @sonyelectronics just released. 🤮 We battle elevation sickness at 8,000 ft and he got a couple of amazing shots, one of which eerily matches the vibe of the ‘Friday Night’ cover. 📸

“Use it to promote your next single,” Josh says. And so, here’s a first little unexpected collab with the one and only Josh Cheuse! 🐐
