Yes! You can actually make a snack cake out of sweet potatoes and no flour! I wanted mine to have loads of pumpkin pie spice goodness (and OFC sugar free chocolate chips) but you can omit the protein powder and chips if you want. At the end I smear the top with the most insane browned butter ghee. I’m obsessed. Started buying it at my farmers market and now just order off the Shop app. I’m not an affiliate or anything - but when I find something incredible I gotta shout em out. I could eat this stuff off a spoon. @fullcircleghee

Sweet Potato Chocolate Chip Custard Cake

So good warm or cold from the fridge.

Ingredients:
• 2 med sweet potatoes
• 3 eggs
• 1/4 c monk fruit sweetener
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
• 2 scoops @paleovalley Pumpkin Spice Bone Broth Protein Powder (not sure how whey will work- have only used this one)
• 1/2 tsp vanilla bean paste
• 1/4 cup Sugar-free chocolate chips, optional

Instructions:

Cut the sweet potatoes in half lengthwise. Place flesh side down on a baking sheet with a little rub of olive oil and bake at 400°F for about 45 minutes, or until soft. Let cool, then remove the peels.
Reduce the oven temperature to 350°F.
Mash the sweet potatoes in a bowl. Add the eggs, monk fruit, baking powder, pumpkin pie spice, protein powder, and vanilla bean paste. Stir well until combined into a batter. Fold in the chocolate chips, if using.
Line a small springform pan with parchment paper and lightly grease it. Pour in the batter.
Bake for 50–52 minutes, or until set.
Let cool before removing from the pan and cutting into slices. It’s soft and almost a hybrid of a custard and cake. #flourlesscake #sweetpotatoes #paleovalley by @paleovalley

Airport snacks: $15+ and somehow still disappointing. ✈️

Most beef sticks get their tang from a shortcut: encapsulated citric acid coated in seed oils.

Our 100% Grass Fed Beef Sticks are slow-fermented the old-world way, a process that helps us avoid questionable ingredients and creates a gut-friendly protein-rich snack.

The result: savory, flavorful, perfectly tender, shelf-stable meat sticks perfect for your carry-on, glovebox, or hiking pack.100% grass fed & finished.
6g protein
70-80 calories per stick.
0 seed oils or refined sugar

Stock your bag before your next trip → link in bio. 🥩

TRAVEL HACKS so the next trip doesn't end in vending machine regret 👇

1️⃣ Skip the airport candy bar that eventually leads to energy dips and crashes. Pack 100% grass-fed beef sticks in the carry-on instead — 6g protein, 70 calories, 0g sugar, shelf-stable and perfect for stable energy.

2️⃣ Watch for meat sticks loaded with encapsulated citric acid and hydrogenated oil — common culprits behind that "why does my stomach feel off" moment mid-flight. These are naturally fermented instead, so your stomach and digestion stay happy.

Here's to happy, healthy travels! <3 by @paleovalley

Salted caramel apple chia pudding that tastes like dessert for breakfast. 🍎 And the caramel apple syrup? I could eat it with a spoon.

Pumpkin seeds, hemp hearts, chia, and flax bring the fiber, and I blend everything for a creamier texture. Leave the apple peels on for extra fiber!

I used @paleovalley Salted Caramel Bone Broth Protein in both the pudding and the apple syrup, adding 65g of protein to the batch. Prep a few jars ahead and breakfast is waiting in the fridge.

Dairy-free, grain-free, and made for busy mornings.

Comment RECIPE and I’ll send it your way! 🤎

It might be cooling off in Colorado… but it’s heating up in Fort Lauderdale! ☀️🌊

We teamed up with Liz (@liz.n9uyen) of @praiseformpilates for a Pilates class right on the beach!

After class, the crew refueled with our Superfood Bars and savory, grass fed Beef Sticks, the kind of post-workout snack that actually keeps up with you. The best part? Watching everyone hang out, swap smiles, and connect over real food after giving it their all.

Huge thank you to Liz and everyone who joined us! 💛

Stop overcomplicating your fall treats 🍂

Most "cozy" seasonal snacks are just sugar in a sweater. This fall lineup tastes like pumpkin pie AND gives your body something back:

🎃 Paleovalley Pumpkin Spice Superfood Bars (limited edition)
Warmly spiced and made with grass fed bone broth protein plus 8 organic superfoods. 10g of protein and no refined sugar. My family's go-to grab-and-go snack for the pumpkin patch or a school snack.

☕ Paleovalley Pumpkin Spice Bone Broth Protein (limited edition)
13g of protein per scoop with naturally occurring collagen and glycine, an amino acid many of us get less than a third of what our bodies may need. It dissolves in seconds into a creamy pumpkin latte or fall baked goods and is naturally delicious and sweet!

✨ Paleovalley Superfood Golden Milk
A velvety turmeric latte with ginger, Ceylon cinnamon, black pepper, and four organic mushrooms (lion's mane, reishi, cordyceps, shiitake). It may help support healthy immunity and a balanced inflammatory response, and it's sweetened with monk fruit with NO added sugar.

The pumpkin spice duo won't stick around, so stock up before it's gone 🧡 Content from @legg_day
