Summer Dinner July 16th celebrating British produce by @shrub.london

We’re coming together to create a beautiful dinner, Dabbadrop flavours - the flavours of Mumbai - made in Kali aka Palm Greens’ style. Expect big, mouthwatering, vibrant flavours, gorgeous produce.

Each course will be served the way it should be- in the dabba.

Perfect evening to share with friends or come solo and make new ones.

@kalicooking has been working hard to put together a menu that showcases the flavours of Dabbadrop, using beautiful seasonal produce by @shrub.london

Expect stunning veg, British grains and pulses, seasonal herbs - plates (or Dabba’s!) bursting with flavour

JUNE ROUNDUP

We started the month at the @citizensofsoil cookbook and olive oil bar launch - fresh dolmades, a seriously good Tomatini, new and familiar faces, reminding us why we love this industry.

Back at The Sanctuary, jazz night sold out again. The room was full, the vibes were high. Canapé parties large and small, braving the rain at Netil 360. British bubbles and canapés for the Uniqlo sustainability round table.

We hosted a Sayuri X-Club brunch. A challenging class to start, then a sit-down brunch showcasing our new Sayuri collaboration menu with a table of ambitious women in food and drink.

Mem and I snuck off to a wedding in France for one of our best friends. The habanero oil came with us.

Kali’s super excited by the produce coming in right now. Berries, beets and fennel from Shrub. We cannot wait to share our Dabbadrop summer dinner menu, 16 July. taken in London, United Kingdom by @palmgreens
