At Paloma House we do THE ABSOLUTE MOST, and we make no apologies 🤭 but we know that everything we have to offer can be confusing!

Simply put, Paloma House is a social house for women, built on inclusivity, community and a bold dream of redefining modern womanhood.

Our hope is to bring a space for women in Tampa Bay to connect, grow & to thrive-no matter what phase of life they are in.

Potty training on your radar? I’m hosting The Potty Party at Paloma House on Friday, November 6 at 4:00 PM, and I’d love for you to join me!

As a pelvic floor physical therapist and mom of two, I’ll walk you through it step by step: readiness signs, potty positioning, reward systems, accidents, outings, and more. It’s ideal for parents of kids 1.5–3.5, but everyone is welcome, whether you’re planning ahead or have already started. Plus, you’ll leave with a potty training kit to help you get started at home.

Free for Paloma House members | $10 for non-members
Current Haven patients: you’re on the list, too! Send me a message for your code to attend free.

Register through the Paloma House app or the link in my bio!

Our new founder series will answer rapid fire questions about building Paloma, how we met, what’s gone wrong, what’s gone right and everything in between.

If you’re new here, hi we’re Sophie & Melissa, the founders of Paloma House and we’re so glad you’ve found us.

Paloma House started after we quickly realized that we wanted women to have something they rarely get- space. Space to feel supported, to feel seen, to feel welcome and to feel like they belong. We hope if you’ve walked through the doors of Paloma, you feel all of those things and more 🤍🍋

We can’t wait to share so much more about this ever changing journey that has been, building Paloma 🍋

Hi! Whether you’re new around here, or have been following along for a while, we’re so glad you’ve found us.

At Paloma House, we know we do the most, and it can be confusing to know what the heck’s going on over here- so here’s a quick summary of just a handful of the things we offer to women and families in the Tampa Bay area.

You can find everything that’s on our calendar and more about all of our offerings on our website, or on the Paloma House app.

Kinda chic if you ask us!

Finding a space for women is hard enough, then you add kiddos and sometimes it feels impossible. That’s where we come in.

At Paloma House, you can co-work with onsite playcare, take a workout class, learn mahjong , grab a coffee (or a mimosa) and take your littles to Little Lemon Learning so they get enrichment while mom gets hers 🍋🤍

Haven’t had a chance to visit us yet? Our doors are always open!
Want to schedule a tour? Use the link in our bio to book a time!

We can’t wait to meet you 🍋

We’ve got lots of spooky, fall fun happening at Little Lemon Learning this month!

Our Little Lemon Learning programs are a great way to get your little one exposure to a classroom experience, with fun, exploratory play.
But don’t worry, we are not your traditional classroom learning experience- your kiddos will read, move, create, and play alongside other little learning friends and Mrs. Danielle.

Classes are up to 6 kiddos, so make sure you reserve your spot in advance 🍋

LITTLE LEARNERS 1.0- ages 1 and up (mom and me)
LITTLE LEARNERS 2.0- ages 2-4 (littles solo while mom relaxes inside!)
LITTLE READERS - all ages mom and me
