Turns out a little crisp fall air, some movement, and Evie tagging along is exactlyyyy what I needed today.

Shout out to @kait_raquet @movewithkaitt @palomahousefl for creating a space that actually welcomes little ones to just be along for the ride 🤪

If your child’s days feel like one long stretch of meltdowns, worry, and “why can’t they just focus?”... we see you, mama. 💛

Here’s what we want every parent to know: ADHD, sensory processing challenges, and anxiety aren’t random, and they aren’t your fault. Underneath the behavior is a brain and body working overtime. When a child’s nervous system gets stuck in “high alert,” it shows up in their focus, sleep, digestion, emotions, and the way they handle the world around them. A nervous system that got stuck can learn to find balance again.

Join us for our ADHD, Sensory Processing & Anxiety Workshop, where we’ll dive into the neurology behind what your child is experiencing, in plain, parent-friendly language.

You’ll learn:

🧠 What’s actually happening in your child’s brain and nervous system during a meltdown, a shutdown, or an anxious spiral

⚡️Why so many kids today are stuck with their “foot on the gas pedal”

🌀How stress builds up in the nervous system, from pregnancy and birth through early childhood

👀 The signs to look for in your child’s sleep, focus, digestion, and behavior

🌱 Practical, natural steps your family can start taking right away

You’ll walk out with answers, hope, and a plan. 💛

📅 Tues 11/17 from 6-7pm
📍 Paloma House, St. Pete

Potty training on your radar? I’m hosting The Potty Party at Paloma House on Friday, November 6 at 4:00 PM, and I’d love for you to join me!

As a pelvic floor physical therapist and mom of two, I’ll walk you through it step by step: readiness signs, potty positioning, reward systems, accidents, outings, and more. It’s ideal for parents of kids 1.5–3.5, but everyone is welcome, whether you’re planning ahead or have already started. Plus, you’ll leave with a potty training kit to help you get started at home.

Free for Paloma House members | $10 for non-members
Current Haven patients: you’re on the list, too! Send me a message for your code to attend free.

Register through the Paloma House app or the link in my bio!

During #DVAM, CASA is popping up on mirrors all around St. Pete! This month, stop by one of the businesses below and snap a selfie in their CASA mirror. By sharing a photo, you can help spread awareness to those in need. In moments when conversations about abuse are especially prominent, one thing remains clear: every person deserves to be heard and supported. Together, we can build a community where no one has to face abuse alone 💜

Tag us in your pictures and spread the word!
