It has always been our fervent passion to create and express our true selves at Celera.

To be awarded with this recognition of a Michelin Star in only 8 months in and to share it with people we admire is a humbling honor. This possibility only existed in our wildest dreams. Our endless gratitude, the @michelinguide 🙏🏻

Confluences • There are waypoints that are heaven on earth, and @amipatisseriesg is indeed a pin to be marked. @makoto_ami - san’s work, precise and true, it was hard for me to leave. The morning was an intersection of conversations with @singaporefoodbutler and Chef Makoto, and we did talk about convergence of cultures and of thriving intentions. It was a pleasant and interesting morning that I almost begged to last for the entirety of the day, but it would have been selfish. I have with me a memory of the most perfect flaky pastry and pulls from favorites of different cultures that make Ami.
