Crimes of the Future (2022)

You can see here some of my jewelry props highlighted in the film!
At this amazing adventure, I had the honour to fabricate and design some utopian sci-fi jewel props based on initial designs from the amazing costume and set department. Designed for main cast and background, a mix of futuristic and analog technology.

3D Modelled, then 3D printed the base cores in-house at @arkfxstudio , and after that, assembly with real bits and parts, painted and secured for heavy daily use. It was a great deal of work done in short turnaround, but worth it.

History in the making.

❌SPOILER(maybe)❌

DAMPYR (2022)

Here is the epic transformation of the amazing gentleman and human being @davidmorrissey by me and @mad_squirrel_fx
The final piece I think was sculpted by @pozzafx (correct me if I m wrong)

Distributed internationally for @sonypictures produced by @brandonboxproduction @eagle.pictures @sergiobonellieditoreufficiale

Directed by the great @riccardochemello for months in the cold mountains of Romania

The greatest people Makeup designer @francesca_galafassi
And Hair designer @gio_rosa_nera who embraced me in this crazy adventure!

The final outcome is different as the design was replaced in VFX by @alps_studios @alessio.bertotti and @gruchofromtrondheim

Prosthetics supervisor @leonardo_cruciano

Thanks for the great memories! To all included and to those I haven’t! (Sorry :))

Kiddo

My first prosthetics makeup award came this year in @dramafilmfestival along with makeup designer @jlygizou
Special thanks to @mike.kimon (congrats for his award on Best Director) and @evagoul for best production design!

4 teens turned to middle age people, all fabricated in a week at my lab @arkfxstudio focusing on the faces leaving the rest (neck hands etc) young in order to maintain the surrealistic narrative and the gran finale!

@sofiaa_simoni applied by me, the other incredible fellas @andr.kartsatos
@spike_akp @danae.gerard

Super grateful of my team on set @aris_veremis_makeup @core.innaa @_evelyndimopoulou_

Cup holder from plastic HDPE caps
Well a quick video, sharing how we can recycle directly a bunch of plastic waste on film sets. Especially those still not adapting to no-plastic-bottles policies!

So here. Very simple and basic cup holder for makeup and prosthetic artists. I ll definately make a better video and a better mold for that, but the point stands!

Reduce waste guys!!!
