What started as a beautiful blue skies day suddenly turned apocalyptic.

We all rushed out of the office when we heard a thunderstorm was coming.

Then it got all dark.
Then it rained a bit.
Then the sun came out again.

🙂🌞

My mom started dancing when I left for college so I never had the chance to see her perform live. This weekend at Barrio Chino (Chinatown) in Costa Rica, in celebration of Chinese New year, I finally got to see her dance! 🤩 taken in Barrio Chino, San José by @paolachen

It’s that time of the year (late December) when my spark for making music gets reignited 🙈 This time I tried something different and made A COVER of ✨ super shy ✨ by NewJeans!

My mom was worried I was going to spend winter alone, but little did she know I kept myself busy doing my own (many many) thing(s). When I get excited about a personal project, I get obsessed… as you can tell (thank you to my computer for letting me know my screen time went up 90%). I had the most of the mostest fun making this song cover!

It is somewhere out in the youtubes 🐒 I am indeed super shy about it but heres the link if you want to check it out:

Alrighty see you next December, same time, yeah? ✌️

More from the weekend 🌞

I impulsively bought Ono99 because I thought it was an intense knockoff version of Uno, but it ended up being legit and extremely fun to play! Totally recommend it. by @paolachen

Went out camping last weekend with @livingaslui and shockingly the hardest part was not dodging mosquitoes and sleeping in nature, but instead it was walking up and down the hill that was angled 90 degrees that nobody warned us about!!

(Yes, you have to read this fast and without a pause… thats how out of breath I was when I was curled up on the ground). by @paolachen
