Summer 2025: Finding comfort in long days by the ocean, old friends, diner booths, and an unreasonable number of hot dogs. I shared silly love songs that meant more than I let on, went to prom for my birthday, and dressed Bandito as a uni-cat. Here’s to a summer that shimmered, even when it stung.

This vid/photo dump is special: today marks 2 years since I released ”Shadow” on 10.10.19 — and thus the birth of EL.SY. 🎂

Looking back to end of 2019, who knew everything would soon turn upside down? Through it all, “Shadow” has been an anthem for me & I hope for you too. It’s about growth / transformation in challenging times — and boy has that rang true these last 2 years.

These moments are little reminders that it’s all worth it. Thank you for sharing them with me and for your support. It truly means the world.

P.s. swipe to end for details on an IG live this Friday to celebrate!

1- Oct 9, 2019: I played a @sofarsounds show in NY the night before “Shadow” came out. The first line is “two years, with no sleep, guess I’ve been living the dream.” It makes this 2 years of living my dream as EL.SY. all the more poignant.
2- The next night, I had a magical release show in @stephenelliot ‘s backyard with old friends & new. Hoping to do more cozy live experiences like this when things open up in 2022. Stay tuned!
3 - SO much love for all the people who came out to that first show!! 😘 + my face on release night 😃
4 - Rewind to June 2018: Took this in Gothenburg, Sweden where I wrote “Shadow” with the amazing @elsalijones and @illberg (can’t believe we don’t have a photo together 😭)
5 - #streamshadow became a thing (ok maybe just for @ohheyglasses and @fireandisis )
6 & 7 - Live performances @thepeppermintclub and online (gotta adapt!)
8 - Jan 1, 2021: “Shadow” was on my debut album “Wanderer” and got an awesome visualizer courtesy of @ayedah.art and @paolachen — who were also at my first show in photos #2,3. All comes full circle!
9 - A small virtual show I did with @boxwithtom for @sapphirestoriess which is how I met my dear friend @alexisrabadam who run @finessed.media . Now, I’m a Finessed artist with a rockstar manager @kitkat.fisher ❤️ fam
10- Wow, if you’ve made it this far, I am IMPRESSED. Tune into my IG live on Friday for a special announcement on what’s next!!
