Bestie! This is my FAVORITE Indian restaurant in Mayfair! I got here multiple times on EVERY trip! Anyways, Here is the original review of @papadumuk! The thing about me, I will film 30 minutes of footage, but because of the rules of Instagram, I had to condense it down to less than three minutes. One of the things I cut was the small talk with the staff. But let me be very clear. They are so kind and accommodating! I’m just happy. I still have the raw footage saved so I could prove my point! I am very adamant that people should respect service workers and that is with both their attitude AND a TIP! Open your purse! #IndianFood #London #Desi #Foodie tipping by @papadumuk

Ever wonder why eating out costs what it does? Hiren’s not shy about it. The biggest challenge in hospitality right now isn’t rent or staff — it’s the 20% VAT every restaurant pays on top of everything else. It’s why margins are razor-thin across the industry, and why so many good places quietly don’t make it. We’re not after sympathy — we love what we do. But when you back an independent, this is what you’re really supporting. 🙏 Tag a restaurant you’d hate to see disappear 👇 #hospitality #supportlocal #independentrestaurant #londonrestaurants #papadum by @papadumuk

Ask Hiren how pani puri should be served and you’ll get one answer: green water, not brown. 🟢 At Papa-dum we make ours with fresh mint-coriander water - sharp, herby, alive - not the tamarind-brown version you’ll find nearly everywhere else. We know some of you have Opinions about this. Good. We want them. Team green or team brown? Settle it in the comments 👇 (And yes — pani puri’s on our new Unlimited Street Food menu. £35pp, round after round for a full hour, Mondays & Wednesdays at James Street.) #panipuri #streetfoodlondon #indianstreetfood #londoneats papadum by @papadumuk

@papadumuk 🌶️ Unlimited Indian Street Food?! Challenge accepted. 🤤🇮🇳 📍 Papa Dum 20 James St, St Christopher’s Pl, London W1U 1EH Growing up, I was obsessed with Man vs. Food, so when I heard about Papa Dum’s Unlimited Indian Street Food Challenge, I knew I had to give it a go. 😅🔥 Here’s how it works 👇 ⏰ 60 minutes 🍽️ Order 3 dishes per person to start ✅ You can only order more once every single plate is clean 📅 Exclusively on Mondays & Wednesdays 🕔 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM We definitely came hungry… 😂 What we ordered: 🐑 Lamb Samosa 🍔 Vada Pav (Indian spiced potato burger) 🥬 Palak Pakora 🥣 Samosa Channa 🐔 Dragon Chicken 🌶️ Chicken 65 🧀 Chilli Paneer 🧀 Masala Mac & Cheese Balls 🥭 Mango Lassi We kicked things off with the Palak Pakora, Lamb Samosas, and Chilli Paneer. Straight away, the Palak Pakora stole the show. It was perfectly crispy, light, and packed with flavour. I genuinely thought that was going to be the best dish of the day… …until I tried the Samosa Channa. 🤯 Honestly, this was easily one of the best Samosa Channas I’ve ever had. The chickpea curry was rich, beautifully spiced, and paired perfectly with the crispy samosa. It was absolutely unreal and, for me, the standout dish of the entire challenge. 🌟 The Dragon Chicken brought a lovely spicy kick, the Chicken 65 was crispy on the outside and juicy in the middle, while the Vada Pav is a must-try if you’ve never experienced authentic Indian street food before. To wash it all down, I ordered a Mango Lassi. 🥭 It was thick, creamy, perfectly sweet, and incredibly refreshing. The ideal summer drink, especially if you’re a mango lover. If you’re a fan of Indian food or fancy taking on a food challenge with your mates, this is definitely one to add to your list. Who’s backing themselves to last the full 60 minutes? 😂👇 ⭐ Follow for more of London’s best food spots! #Indianfood#challenge#halal#london#spicy by @papadumuk
