On Saturday 31 October, I'm giving a talk about my time in Venezuela, focusing mainly on the last 12 months.

I have a lot of photos and videos I can't share online, so I'd rather show them in person at a private event: for Venezuelans in Melbourne, and for their friends and partners who want to understand WTF has happened in Venezuela, from an outsider's perspective.

My goal is to help Australians understand what's been going on in Venezuela since 2000, and how the country ended up where it is today.

Entry is free. All we ask is that you bring some cash to donate to our friend @juanmacedo1 and his project @safehomes.initiative 🙏
